Wish we could have given 5 stars. We were there in cabin 302 over Christmas. But the recliners in the living area was out dated and once you reclined back it took two people to close it. Also our cabin was nice but after we sat on the furniture & the bed, our clothes was cover in white dog hair. If they going to allow pets at least have a way to clean up the dog hair

Booked a room for my lady and I here before we went hiking the next day. Service was great the lobby building closes around 4pmish but they give clear instructions on how to access your cabin once they close which was super helpful since the cabins are actually down the road from the main building. Which for out of towners and it being dark made it super easy to locate our cabin. The rooms were super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The bed was huge and comfy as well. They had a neat little common grounds area where other people staying could grill and enjoy others company as well. Checking out was simple and easy and the staff was super nice and helped my lady and I take a Polaroid on their wooden bear out front. 10/10

Nice cabin room with Fireplace and kitchenet. Clean, comfortable bed, hot water for your shower. A little dark due to lightbulbs but very accessible to the shops and restaurants. The staff is at an office close by and laundry is accessible at the hotel on honors basis.

Vastly different experience than last time we stayed here. Housekeeping skipped us for replacing our towels although dirty towels were put outside before the noon deadline. Now we have to reuse our dirty towels that were sitting outside all day. Housekeeping also skipped us for the “refresh”. The shower has more water coming out of the tub faucet than the shower head. Sheets slipped off the bed and the cover was very heavy but not warm. Only one side table next to sofa so someone will have to hold their own drink. Nice fireplace but no logs… guess that’s byo logs. Only space for hanging clothes. We will probably leave a day early although we paid for a week. We will not be staying here again.

Cozy cabins available with large Whirlpool tubs, in unit fireplace and king size beds. Clean and well maintained. A great deal and a great location to get to downtown Ruidoso
